Mr. and Mrs. Culf made the decision to expand their house from the front, above the garage.

The extension was designed to be built upwards and backwards down the side of the house and reach around to the rear of the house.

This home renovation included a rear extension that modified the kitchen, dining room, and created a new lounge area at the back of the house.

Despite having limited room to work, JA Renovations successfully completed this extension and restored any external areas affected by the project due to space for machinery and materials to be placed and operated.

The job was finished in under 12 weeks with minimal disruption to the neighbours.
